Immotion Studios has an immediate position available for a concept graphic designer with experience to join its creative team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience creating print ready files using Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. Accuracy, working within client print specifications and the ability to meet tight deadlines is a must. This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive hourly rate and an excellent working environment. Immotion Studios is a full service agency located in Fort Worth, Texas. We build brands through brand strategy for both local and national clients through packaging, POS and all supporting creative functions.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in development, concept and design of brands and product lines
• Assist in contribution to conceptualization and implementation of the line via research (including market research)
• Prepare detailed development packages that include design sketches w/detailed explanations (Needs to be very organized and detail oriented)
• Maintains, translates and extends the product brand equities look and feel, brand identity and style guidelines.
• Manages design presentation preparation including mock-ups, mounting and presentation summaries.
• Collects, reads, and interprets documented client briefs to deliver innovative creative projects with solid brand strategy.
Designer must be:
• Self motivated and able to work as part of a team
• Organized and Detail-oriented
• Effective in an environment where speed and accuracy are key
Qualifications:
• 2+ years experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign on a Mac platform
• Ability to interpret customer style guidelines and translate their design to many different products
• Experience with food packaging and labels is preferred
